One of our personal trainers will arrange to visit you at a convenient time to discuss
what you want to achieve. He/she will then go through a suitable training and nutritional
programme unique to your requirements. If you wish to go ahead then your first training
session can be arranged.
You decide when and where you want to train. It could be in your own home, at a local
gym or even a jog round the park, our qualified trainers will be there to motiv8
you and make sure you are on target to meet your goals. Our trainers have equipment
for you to use and will go through each training proceedure with you step by step.
How to pay
To make things easy and convenient for our clients, all payments are made via this
website (see our Bookings page). Clients can choose from 1 to 5 sessions per week
depending on your financial circumstances. Your Personal Trainer will discuss everything
with you at your initial consultation and advise how many sessions you may need.

We have both Male and Female trainers who are each dedicated to providing a friendly
and enjoyable training experience. However they will push you to do your best. You
will have the same Personal Trainer for each session so they can personally monitor
